Sexualidade na escola: um olhar sobre os parâmetros curriculares nacionais

Abstract

The objective of this work is know how has been occuring the process of implementation of the Theme of Sexual Orientation Transverse, presented by the National Curricular Parameters (PCN), for intermediate from observation of the work from a teacher from Net Federal of instruction, into the county of Juiz de Fora, what approach this thematic. The research came from analysis of the text of the National Curriculares Parameters , passed by revision of literature about the thematic of the sexuality and was performed observation of the work developed by teacher. There was still interview with the teacher and questionnaire answered by students. The analysis of the comparison among the themes boarded in the school and the contents of the PCN reveals a hybrid process of implementation from this proposal in the scholar curriculum in the studied case in which still there prevails of the medical approach to human sexuality. The result of this work leads to the process of identity formation, condition that points to the importance of the discussion about curriculum.
