Os contos de Luís Bernardo Honwana e Ondjaki: performances literárias em sala de aula

Abstract

This work presents a didactic-methodological guide on the use of short stories in literature classes, thinking about the insertion of African writers - Ondjaki and Luís Bernardo Honwana - as literary contemporary literary tendencies in Portuguese language. Thus, it is intended to create discursive spaces in thematic laths inserted in the production of both writers in the classroom, constructing several imaginary existing in the stories. The literary corpus - Those of my street and We kill the Tiny Dog - chosen covers issues facing the literature of both Angola and Mozambique. Therefore, we intend to work in the classroom questions that may arise regarding issues related to identity processes, alterity, orality, traditions, historical processes, memory, and categorizations proper of the story. The option for the story is based on the choice of a faster literary genre in the sense of reading in the classroom, as well as performing classroom activities with the aforementioned genre, contributing to the formation of the reader-student.
