| Resumo: | As reformas processuais penais, vêm sendo feitas gradativamente, algumas dessas aprimorando o processo penal dando maior amplitude e efetividade a realização de justiça e outras infelizmente, trouxeram mais desgaste do que propriamente solução. A proposta do presente trabalho é fazer uma analise do instituto da fiança no decorrer evolutivo do Código de Processo Penal, desde sua instituição, no ordenamento pátrio, a sua perda de aplicabilidade com a lei 6.416/7, até seu revigoramento com a lei 12.403/11. |
| Abstract: | The criminal procedure reforms, have been made gradually improving some of the criminal proceeding giving greater range and effectiveness of achieving justice and other unfortunately brought more wear than proper solution.
