Marco Civil da Internet: três princípios fundamentais ao uso da internet no Brasil

Abstract

The purpose of this monograph is to present the three basic principles carved in Civil Marco Internet, namely: the principle of freedom of expression, the principle of privacy and the principle of net neutrality. The study presents the essentiality of these three principles in the use of internet, the dialogue between legal norm and the dynamism of society, the emergence of the digital society and the guarantee of internet users have full enjoyment of freedom of expression and the guard of your privacy as well as the guarantee of network neutrality as a means of gaining access to the internet without any kind of discrimination or objection, effecting social network function and the exercise of citizenship. The study also presents the primacy of the Federative Republic of Brazil to enact a law establishing principles, guarantees, rights and responsibilities for the use of the internet, and inspiration, the paternal legislature, in regard to the principle of net neutrality, foreign laws.
