| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem o escopo de abordar a inovação trazida pela nova regra de contagem dos prazos processuais fixados em dias úteis, prevista no art. 219 do CPC/15, assim como apontar alguns dos problemas decorrentes de sua aplicação prática, os quais afetaram diretamente os advogados e, obliquamente, aos jurisdicionados, haja vista a insegurança jurídica que acompanha a aplicação da nova regra. Assim, procurar-se-á apontar algumas soluções passíveis de serem utilizadas a fim de afastar a insegurança jurídica arraigada na nova regra de cômputo dos prazos processuais, todas devidamente fundamentadas. |
| Abstract: | The present work has the scope to approach the innovation brought by the new rule of procedural deadlines computing set in working days, foreseen in art. 219 of CPC / 15, as well as pointing out some of the problems arising from its practical application, which have directly affected lawyers and, obliquely, the jurisdictions, given the legal uncertainty that accompanies the application of the new rule. Thus, it will be sought to identify some solutions that can be used in order to avoid legal uncertainty rooted in the new rule of computation of procedural deadlines, all of which are duly substantiated. |
