| Resumo: | O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso visa construir uma reflexão crítica acerca do ensino superior público no governo Bolsonaro (2019-2022). A metodologia utilizada consistiu em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, investigações em sites oficiais do governo, abordagem de legislações e propostas com foco na educação superior nesse período. A política de educação no Brasil é historicamente ineficaz. Desde a Constituição de 1988, em paralelo com o avanço do neoliberalismo, foram estabelecidas contrarreformas que instauraram o projeto mercantilizador na educação. A partir de então não houve nenhum governo que realizou mudanças estruturais necessárias para efetivar uma política de educação democratizante e inclusiva. O governo Bolsonaro foi marcado pelo desmonte de políticas sociais com a finalidade de atender a demanda neoliberal. A política de educação nesse período foi impactada negativamente, com ataques constantes, cortes orçamentários, precarização e desvalorização. Assim como o ensino superior público, com medidas conservadoras, reacionárias e desmanteladoras que foram prejudiciais à classe trabalhadora. |
| Abstract: | This Course Completion Work aims to build a critical reflection on public higher education in the Bolsonaro government (2019-2022). The methodology used consisted of bibliographical and documental research, investigations on official government websites, approach to legislation and proposals focused on higher education in this period. Education policy in Brazil is historically ineffective. Since the 1988 Constitution, in parallel with the advance of neoliberalism, counter-reforms were established that established the mercantilizing project in education. Since then, there has been no government that has been able to carry out the necessary structural changes to implement a democratizing and inclusive education policy. The Bolsonaro government was marked by the dismantling of social policies in order to meet the neoliberal demand. Education policy in this period was negatively impacted, with constant attacks, budget cuts, precariousness and devaluation. As well as public higher education, with conservative, reactionary and dismantling measures that were harmful to the working class. |
