| Resumo: | O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso trata da execução em face da Fazenda Pública e sua efetividade, dando enfoque aos procedimentos adotados pelo ordenamento pátrio, bem como das prerrogativas concedidas à Fazenda, em sede de execução. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica, analisando os conceitos norteadores do tema, examinando o sistema constitucional perante a Fazenda. Por fim, entendeu-se pela incompatibilidade entre os princípios constitucionais e as prerrogativas da Fazenda Pública, que tornam a execução um procedimento moroso e ineficiente. |
| Abstract: | This course conclusion work deals with the execution in the face of the Public Treasury and its effectiveness, focusing on the procedures adopted by the national legal system, as well as the prerogatives granted to the Treasury. A bibliographical research was carried out, analyzing the guiding concepts of the theme, examining the constitutional system before the Treasury. Finally, it was understood as the incompatibility between the constitutional principles and the prerogatives of the Public Treasury, which make the execution a slow and inefficient procedure. |
