| Resumo: | O presente artigo busca apresentar os fundamentos e os benefícios de se complementar as citações expedidas pelo judiciário com recursos visuais, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e expositiva sobre acesso à justiça e efeitos do ato citatório. Tendo em vista que essas comunicações ocasionalmente são direcionadas a indivíduos não inseridos em uma cultura jurídica e que por vezes lidam com vulnerabilidades socioeconômicas, a hipótese apresentada é que o emprego do Visual Law nas citações contribui para a concretização do acesso à justiça e o exercício do contraditório. |
| Abstract: | This article seeks to present the foundations and benefits of complementing the citations issued by the judiciary with visual resources, through a theoretical and expository research on access to justice and the effects of the citation. Considering that these communications are occasionally directed to individuals who are not part of a legal culture, and who sometimes deal with socioeconomic vulnerabilities, the hypothesis presented is that the use of Visual Law in citations contributes to the realization of access to justice and the exercise of the contradictory. |
