Atendimento a mulheres negras vítimas de violência: uma análise interseccional de gênero e raça da violência institucional contra mulheres

Abstract

The present aims to analyze and contest the aspects that permeate the care for women victims of domestic violence, focused on violations of fundamental rights and the situation of vulnerability of black women. For this, the study will address a brief historical-social and conceptual contextualization on institutional racism, as well as an approach to Legislation and Analytical Analysis from Criminal Law, but above all the support of an Institutional Criminology, with the diversity of knowledge and relationships that involve the theme, such as History, Political Sciences, Social Sciences. In addition, an intersectional analysis will be used to detect differences in the treatment of white and black women and the need for training of professionals who care for victims. An experience report was carried out with the coordinator of the NIFRAM extension project at UFJF/GV, Juliana Goulart Soares do Nascimento, to relate to the present study. The methodology is based on a qualitative study with an exploratory approach that has as investigative support in other doctrinal bibliographies, by authors such as RIBEIRO (2017), DAVIS (2016), COLLINS (2019), BARATTA (1999), NASCIMENTO (2016), among others. . It also uses legal-legal, statistical and critical analysis approaches. In this way, this article shows that black women are a space of greater vulnerability in relation to non-black women due to public policies that are not thought of in an interpersonal way.
