| Resumo: | O presente artigo discutirá a aplicabilidade da proteção patrimonial contida no art. 833, inciso V do Código de Processo Civil às pessoas jurídicas de direito privado. Para tanto, serão analisadas as hipóteses de impenhorabilidades exemplificadas no referido artigo legal, junto à uma análise bibliográfica, que consiste no estudo das normas (lato sensu), jurisprudência e doutrina relativas à temática, optando-se pelo método dialético, a fim de se tentar apresentar as principais discussões acerca do tema, notadamente a partir das diretrizes norteadoras dos processos de execução forçada. |
| Abstract: | This article will discuss the applicability of the patrimonial protection contained in art. 833, item V of the Code of Civil Procedure to legal entities. For this purpose, the hypotheses of non-leviable assets exemplified in the referred legal article will be analyzed, with a bibliographic analysis, which consists of the study of norms (lato sensu), jurisprudence and doctrine related to the theme, opting for the dialectical method, in order to try to present the main discussions on the theme, notably from the guiding guidelines of the coercive enforcement proceedings. |
