As tirinhas em quadrinhos de Armandinho na ampliação do repertório artístico-literário do jovem leitor nos anos finais do ensino fundamental

Abstract

The present reasearch is located in the area of Literature Teaching, having developed from the context of a seventh year class, from Elementary School II, from Municipal School Francisco de Mattos Ligiéro, located in Itaperuna/RJ. Such proposal circumscribe in the macro project “The construction of a literary repertory in Elementary School II”, developed by the professor Elza de Sá Nogueira, in the context of the Professional Master’s in Letters (PROFLETTERS), from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. In such project, we studied the textual genre comic strips and elaborated an approach of the character Armandinho, from Alexandre Beck, Santa Catarina cartoonist and illustrator, for the seventh year of ESII, aiming at expanding the student’s artistic-literary repertory regarding the specificities of the verbal-visual language and the comic strips genre, including the development of the inference ability which constitutes one of the elementary ability in what the reading axis, in the Portuguese Language discipline. It is, methodologically, an action research; therefore, we based in Michel Jean Marie Thiollent (1992). Although we have elaborated a proposal for pedagogical intervention, based on a previous diagnosis of the class, due to the covid-19 pandemic, we were unable to develop it in the classroom, which characterizes this work as proposeful. The theoretical investigation of this research was based by Antonio Candido (2004), Ingedore Grünfeld Villaça Koch (2014), Itamar Even-Zohar (2013), Luiz Antônio Marchuschi (2008), Paulo Eduardo Ramos (2007 and 2017), Scott McCloud (2005), Wolfgang Iser (1996 and 1999), among other authors.
