| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como finalidade a realização de um estudo sobre a influência da mídia no tribunal do júri, bem como elucidar a experiência de uma acadêmica do curso de direito perante o julgamento e a forma como a doutrina prevê o corpo julgador no que tangem os processos psicológicos e os mecanismos envolvidos na tomada de decisão dos jurados, contribuindo para o esclarecimento em relação a capacidade de julgarem sem distorções. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims to conduct a study on the influence of the media in the jury, as well as to elucidate the experience of an academic of the course of law before the trial and the way in which the doctrine provides the body of judgment in what touches the psychological processes and the mechanisms involved in the decision-making of jurors, contributing to the clarification regarding the ability to judge without distortion. |
