O uso das mídias no processo de aprendizado da matemática: ênfase em fotografia

Abstract

Mathematics in the educational environment has always been viewed as the fear of a large part of the students due to their great complexity and the need for a high degree of memorization. However, when we think about the teaching process and the available resources, we are faced with various media tools that enable better learning. The media in education appears as a new concept in the field of knowledge and interaction, a concept that aims to form active, creative, critical users of all information and communication technologies. The present work has as general objective to study the use of the media especially the photographic in the process of teaching mathematics, considering all the richness of photography and its importance in teaching practice. For the mentioned work was used and analysis of projects where they had like element of study the image, besides in consecrated authors in the branch of the education. This way, the student will be able to analyze a photograph and glimpse the acquired knowledge, to form that can produce his knowledge and develop his critical capacities through the visualization of an image.
