Arte e comida: do futurismo à arte contemporânea. Reflexões em torno da estética relacional

Abstract

The present work has proposed conducting a study on the relationship between the Visual Arts and gastronomy, a phenomenon that has been strengthening in the contemporary context. The goal of the research is to draw an approach of this phenomenon, both in the contemporary context as in historical perspective. To do so we will focus on three case studies. At first let's analyze the Visual incursion in the world of cuisine of the Italian Futurists; the proposals of some contemporary artists connected to the creation of restaurants; and finally, the passing of chef Ferrán Adrià through the universe of contemporary art.
