| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem o escopo de analisar a regulamentação do trabalho das prostitutas sob as óticas feministas, das vozes das trabalhadoras do sexo e dos modelos de regulação existentes, centrando a discussão na legislação brasileira, especialmente na jurisprudência trabalhista. Por meio de revisão da literatura, de levantamento das demandas públicas das trabalhadoras do sexo organizadas em associações e de decisões expressivas no âmbito do Direito do Trabalho brasileiro, apontamos a importância da abertura do ordenamento trabalhista em relação às teorias feministas, às demandas coletivas e à descriminalização do trabalho da profissional do sexo. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to examine the labor regulations of sex workers thru the views of labor law and feminism. The purpose of this paper was to carry out a review of literature of the Brazilian jurisprudential analysis, studies and recent legal developments around the world seeking to attend the demands of sex workers associations. In this regard, with the waves and the aspects of the feminism perspectives, this graduation work showed that is important to relate the feminist theories along with the demands of the prostitutes thru the decriminalization of sex workers job. |
