| Resumo: | Tendo em vista o enfoque que está sendo dado à “Operação Lava Jato”, o presente trabalho se debruça no estudo dessa grande operação, passando pela análise do princípio da isonomia, dos institutos de criminalização primária e secundária e chegando aos mecanismos legais de seletividade existentes no ordenamento pátrio, para, ao fim, indicar se houve mudanças no que diz respeito à seletividade do sistema penal brasileiro. |
| Abstract: | In view of the focus that is being given to "Operation Lava Jato", the present work studies this big operation through analysis of the principle of isonomy, of the institutes of primary and secondary criminalization and arriving in the legal mechanisms of selectivity existing in the country, for at end indicate if there have been changes regarding the selectivity of the Brazilian penal system. |
