| Resumo: | A contribuição sindical compulsória é um instituto oriundo da teoria corporativista e, em conjunto com a unicidade sindical, são fatores que limitam a liberdade sindical no Brasil. O presente artigo busca discutir as alterações trazidas pela Lei nº 13.467, de 13 de julho de 2017, denominada Lei da Reforma Trabalhista, no que tange ao fim da contribuição sindical compulsória e as suas consequências no modelo sindical brasileiro, principalmente em relação à unicidade sindical. Para tanto, buscou-se traçar os possíveis desdobramentos favoráveis e contrários a essa alteração legislativa. |
| Abstract: | The compulsory union dues is a native of corporatist theory institute and, in conjunction with the Trade Union Unity, are factors that limit the freedom of Association in Brazil. This article seeks to discuss the changes brought by Law nº. 13,467, of 13 July 2017, named Labor Reform Law, with regard to the order of compulsory Union dues and their consequences in the Brazilian Trade Union model, mainly in relation to the Trade Union Unity. To this end, sought to trace the possible favorable developments and contrary to this legislative amendment. |
