| Resumo: | O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a possibilidade da aplicação do imposto de renda sobre as verbas recebidas a título de danos morais na Justiça do Trabalho. Nesse sentido, deverão ser levados em consideração os danos morais decorrentes das relações de trabalho e a incidência do imposto de renda sobre os valores percebidos pelo trabalhador. Doravante, obter uma conclusão satisfatória a partir das decisões apresentadas pelo Judiciário e o posicionamento da doutrina. |
| Abstract: | The present study aims to examine the possibility of application of income tax on the amounts received by way of moral damages in the labour court. In this sense, should be taken into account damages arising from labor relations and the incidence of income tax on the value perceived by the worker. Henceforth, obtaining a satisfactory conclusion from the decisions made by the judiciary and the positioning of the doctrine. |
