Abstract

Search back to the analysis of the alleged breach of the Presumption of Innocence Principle made by the black list of slave labor. Initially, the work will take care of drawing a brief overview of the modern-day slavery and the black list. Then will address on the issue of infringement of the principle of Innocence. This analysis will be based on the ADI 5115, challenging the constitutionality of the black list. Specifically, we seek to bring arguments against registration present in this ADI and other lawsuits filed. Also will be brought favorable arguments found in doctrine and defended by the AGU in the wake of the aforementioned action. Finally, a choice between the allegations are made.
