Abstract

In the of communication the Internet has become today the most important and modern information and manifestation of freedom of expression among people through, leaving it to the right responsibility to regulate abuses by users and the civil and criminal consequences arising from the misuse of the network, the need for legal protection in relations signed in cyberspace. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Liability of Internet Providers Sites front of Unlawful Acts of its Users and Third Party turned to the study of civil liability of providers in the face of the Code of Consumer Protection and the analysis of conflicts in doctrine and jurisprudence on the subject. The focus of this research is the existing legal relationships among service providers, users and third parties, and issues of liability arising from the conduct of such agents, studying the concept and history of the internet and its means of communications, applications of Liability in Overall, the Brazilian Civil Code and the Code of Consumer Protection, and the study of comparative law regarding North American accountability of providers and discussion of the need for a proper system with alternative forms of regulation.
