| Resumo: | No presente trabalho busco encontrar a melhor forma de se responsabilizar os autores de blogs fitness por seus textos publicitários e dicas postadas em suas páginas na internet e no aplicativo Instagram. Estudaremos a evolução dos blogs e Instagram, a publicidade na internet e a postura do Conselho Federal de Nutrição e dos Conselhos Regionais de Nutrição face as atividades privativas do nutricionista. Analisaremos no Código Civil os artigos referentes à responsabilidade civil. Utilizaremos de figuras dos posts de blogs famosos para demonstrarmos na prática as transgressões cometidas. Concluiremos pela melhor forma de se responsabilizar tais blogs utilizando-se da propagação que a internet proporciona. |
| Abstract: | In this study we will look to find the best way to blame the bloggers for their fitness advertising texts and tips posted in their web pages and the Instagram app. Studying the evolution of blogs and Instagram, internet advertising and the posture of the Federal Board of Nutrition and Nutrition Regional Councils face custodial activities Nutritionist. We will review the Civil Code articles pertaining to liability. We will use the figures of the posts of popular blogs to demonstrate in practice transgressions. This concludes that the best way to blame such blogs is using the spread that the internet provides. |
