| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar o quanto às habilidades e competências preconizadas pela resolução CNE/CES n°9/04 do MEC são construídas no processo de ensino – aprendizagem na Faculdade de Direito da UFJF e qual a importância e grau de observância dessas diretrizes para a comunidade acadêmica. Para sustentar tal hipótese e lograr êxito nos objetivos foi empregada a metodologia da revisão literária e levantamento de dados in loco por meio de uma pesquisa empírica em cotejo com o PPP da instituição e as diretrizes do MEC. Esse estudo concluiu que é necessário romper com as mazelas atuais da educação jurídica e trazer uma nova postura capaz de promover o desenvolvimento e a transformação da sociedade. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to analyze how the skills and competencies recommended by Resolution CNE / CES n ° 9/04 MEC are built in the teaching - learning process at the Law Faculty of UFJF and the importance and degree of compliance with these guidelines for the academic community. To support this hypothesis and achieve success in the goals we used the methodology of literature review and data collection spot for mio empirical research in comparison with the PPP institution and the Ministry of Education guidelines. This study concluded that it is necessary to break with the current ills of legal education and bring a new approach capable of promoting the development and transformation of society. |
