A relação entre a diretoria executiva e o conselho administrativo da FEJEMG à luz da governança corporativa

Abstract

Corporate governance appears to meet the need of improvement in organizations internal and external relations, in order to transmit greater reliability to interested parties through solid management structures and transparency of information. It defines the structure through which the objectives of the company are defined, as well as the means to hit and monitor them. This paper presents a case study of the application of the principles of corporate governance presentes in the relationship between the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Federation of Junior Enterprises in Minas Gerais, clarifying the practices adopted to guarantee transparency and accountability. We need to study these organs because they are so importante to the structure bodies and the powers assigned to them by the social status of the entity. Uses theoretical framework “Código das Melhores Práticas de Governança Corporativa” (IBGC, 2015), a document that brings the conceptual definition and the breakdown in good corporate governance practices to be used by the organizations.
