| Resumo: | Este trabalho tem por objetivo abordar a noção de liberdade no romance Os Demônios de Dostoiévski. O ponto de partida é um exame daquilo que se poderia chamar uma antropologia filosófica implícita nos livros do romancista russo. Esta possui um caráter essencialmente trágico: para Dostoiévski o aspecto básico do ser-humano é a insuficiência. A liberdade encontra-se no centro da gratuita e absurda realidade humana. Todavia, a experiência paradoxal da liberdade abre ao homem uma nova realidade, onde Dostoiévski desvenda uma dualidade essencial: a luta entre o Ser e o Nada, entre Deus e o Mal. A nova religiosidade que pode surgir deste confronto deve conter toda a tragicidade da experiência radical da liberdade. |
| Abstract: | The proposal of this work is to approach the freedom idea in Dostoiévski´s novel, The Devils. The beginning is an examination of what could be named an implicity philosophical anthropology in russian romancist books. It has an essential tragic character: to Dostoiévski, the basic aspect of human being is the insufficiency. Freedom is in the middle of gratuitous and absurd human reality. However, the paradoxical experience of freedom opens to man a new reality that Dostoiévski unmasks into an essential duality: the battle between the Being and the Nothing, between God and Evil. The new religiosity which can appear from this battle must contain all the tragedy of freedom radical experience. |
