O acesso à justiça de maneira humanizada através da mediação de conflitos extrajudicial, em observação à prática do Dialogar-Núcleo de Mediação Extrajudicial da UFJF

Abstract

This work intends to present the nuances of expression access to justice, in order to consider the importance of consensual means of conflict management, in particular, the Mediation, in the sense that this practice offers access to fair legal system. In this order the path and agents provide special care to each individual, in order to educate him in his relations with others, and both to society. Thus, it emphasizes the figure of multipartial mediator, while transforming role in the practice of extrajudicial mediation. Thus, the conclusion is that with the assistance of appropriate technical and the concern for people involved in the conflicts, creating the empathy environment, the multipartial mediator guides his action so that no position, but struggles in understanding each reality and validates the feelings of participants, promoting access to justice more human way. The emphasis of this study is the practice of Dialogar- Extrajudicial Mediation Center UFJF.
