| Resumo: | O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a crise que afeta o Poder Judiciário no âmbito da tutela executiva, descrito, principalmente, pela morosidade processual e pelas dificuldades na concretização das decisões judiciais. O foco do trabalho recai sobre a ineficiência das práticas tradicionais de execução, que enfrentam entraves significativos na identificação, localização e constrição de bens pertencentes ao devedor. Diante desse cenário, o trabalho propõe a automação como uma solução viável para superar esses desafios, investigando o potencial das ferramentas tecnológicas na otimização da busca patrimonial e na execução de ordens judiciais. Para isso, realiza-se uma análise detalhada de sistemas como o SisbaJud, InfoJud, Renajud e Sniper, com especial atenção ao Programa Justiça 4.0 desenvolvido pelo Poder Judiciário, avaliando o impacto na celeridade e eficiência da fase executiva. Tais inovações não apenas potencializam a recuperação de ativos, como também fortalece a cooperação entre os diversos agentes envolvidos no processo, tornando o sistema de justiça mais eficaz. |
| Abstract: | The present study aims to analyze the crisis affecting the Judiciary in the scope of executive guardianship, mainly described by procedural slowness and difficulties in implementing judicial decisions. The focus of the work is on the inefficiency of traditional enforcement practices, which face significant obstacles in identifying, locating and restricting assets belonging to the debtor. Given this scenario, the work proposes automation as a viable solution to overcome these challenges, investigating the potential of technological tools in optimizing asset searches and executing court orders. To this end, a detailed analysis of systems such as SisbaJud, InfoJud, Renajud and Sniper is carried out, with special attention to the Justice 4.0 Program developed by the Judiciary, evaluating the impact on the speed and efficiency of the executive phase. Such innovations not only enhance asset recovery, but also strengthen cooperation between the various agents involved in the process, making the justice system more effective. |
