| Resumo: | A alienação parental é frequentemente discutida tanto do ponto de vista jurídico quanto psicológico, pois causa efeitos adversos no desenvolvimento infantil, além de outras perdas sociais e cognitivas, mas acredita-se que os efeitos podem ser ainda maiores. Nesse sentido, o objetivo principal deste estudo é analisar a existência de danos causados pela lei da alienação parental, considerando os efeitos psicológicos que afetam negativamente as mulheres. Portanto, é importante abordar as consequências de tal comportamento a partir de uma perspectiva psicológica, à luz da Lei da Alienação Parental, quando se relaciona com atividades prejudiciais que podem transformar-se em violência emocional contra as mulheres. Torna-se, portanto, fundamental fornecer orientações que ajudem a reduzir a incidência desses acontecimentos, bem como diagnosticar situações que não parecem prejudiciais, mas que podem afetar o desenvolvimento das vítimas em todas as áreas. Para atingir esses objetivos, utiliza-se um levantamento bibliográfico da produção acadêmica sobre o tema. |
| Abstract: | Parental alienation is often discussed from both a legal and psychological point of view, as it causes adverse effects on child development in addition to other social and cognitive losses, but it is believed that the effects can be even greater. In this sense, the main objective of this study is the existence of damages caused by the law of parental alienation, considering the psychological effects that negatively affect women. Therefore, it is important to address the consequences of such behavior from a psychological perspective, in light of the Parental Alienation Law, when it relates to harmful activities that can turn into emotional violence against women. Therefore, it is important to provide guidance that helps reduce the incidence of these events, as well as diagnose situations that do not seem harmful, but can affect the development of victims in all areas. To achieve these objectives, a bibliographical survey of academic production on the topic is used. |
