| Resumo: | O presente trabalho objetiva estabelecer diretrizes para o desenvolvimento de uma habitação unifamiliar de pequeno porte na cidade de Miguel Pereira-RJ, explorando o conceito da arquitetura bioclimática como alternativa de relacionar a casa com o seu meio externo, e proporcionar maior eficiência energética a edificação. É realizada uma perspectiva histórica sobre os Congressos Internacionais realizados pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) que contribuíram para o pensamento sustentável a partir do século XX. Posteriormente, os conceitos da arquitetura bioclimática capazes de proporcionar uma arquitetura de baixo impacto são explorados, através de um olhar para a arquitetura popular brasileira e seu legado, trazendo também elementos referentes a estratégias aos sistemas operacionais e equipamentos da habitação, visando reduzir os impactos ambientais e explorar a eficiência energética da edificação. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims to establish guidelines for the development of a small single-family house in the city of Miguel Pereira-RJ, exploring the concept of bioclimatic architecture as an alternative to relate the house with its external environment, and provide greater energy efficiency to the building. A historical perspective is carried out on the International Congresses held by the United Nations (UN) that contributed to sustainable thinking from the 20th century onwards. Subsequently, the concepts of bioclimatic architecture capable of providing a low-impact architecture are explored, through a look at Brazilian popular architecture and its legacy, also bringing elements related to strategies for operating systems and housing equipment, aiming to reduce environmental impacts. and explore the energy efficiency of the building. |
