Testamento militar e nuncupativo: análise do nível de conhecimento dos militares das forças auxiliares do Exército Brasileiro (Corpo de Bombeiros e Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais) sobre o uso e o funcionamento do instituto.

Abstract

The objective of this work is to evaluate the level of knowledge of the subject military testament and nunupative military testament by the military of the auxiliary forces of the Brazilian army. To achieve this result, the method used was the bibliographic with field research. The research pointed to a huge lack of knowledge of the instrument military testament and nunupative military testament, in spite of the fact that no public servant can claim ignorance of the norm, the norm exists, but due to its underutilization it does not enter the list of legislations debated by its military, that there is not even a regulation of the subject in the statute of the military.
