| Resumo: | O Direito de família é um ramo do direito que apresenta constantes mudanças visto a necessidade de acompanhar a evolução do instituto na sociedade. Uma das grandes novidades da área nos últimos tempos foi o reconhecimento, pelo Ordenamento Jurídico, da multiparentalidade na formação das famílias, decorrendo daí vários efeitos jurídicos e debates sobre o tema. Assim sendo, o presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a forma como pode ocorrer e as particularidades da fixação e execução de alimentos em uma família multiparental. Para alcançar o objetivo pretendido foram utilizados os métodos de revisão bibliográfica e documental, jurisprudência e informações inerentes ao tema. |
| Abstract: | Family law is a section of law that is constantly changing due to the need to keep up the evolution of the social institute in society. One of the great news in the area lately has been the recognition, by the National Legal Order, of multi-parenthood in the formation of families, resulting in several legal effects and debates on the topic, therefore, this article aims to analyse how it can occur and the particularities of alimony in a multi-parenting family. To achieve the intended objective methods of bibliographic and documentary review, jurisprudence and information inherent to the theme were used. |
