Abstract

Family law is a section of law that is constantly changing due to the need to keep up the evolution of the social institute in society. One of the great news in the area lately has been the recognition, by the National Legal Order, of multi-parenthood in the formation of families, resulting in several legal effects and debates on the topic, therefore, this article aims to analyse how it can occur and the particularities of alimony in a multi-parenting family. To achieve the intended objective methods of bibliographic and documentary review, jurisprudence and information inherent to the theme were used.
