| Resumo: | O presente trabalho possui como objetivo apresentar o conceito de acesso à justiça na visão de diferentes autores, bem como alguns entraves ao efetivo acesso. Valeu-se como estratégia metodológica a pesquisa teórica, sendo também complementada pela análise hipotético-dedutiva, por meio de um estudo exploratório e explicativo. Os procedimentos a serem utilizados serão a análise de conteúdo, coleta e análise documental, doutrinária, legislativa e comparada. A partir disso, busca-se analisar a linguagem jurídica e suas peculiaridades como barreira limitadora do acesso ao judiciário. Ademais, pretende-se introduzir o Legal Design, suas subáreas e seu modus operandi, além de apresentar o Visual Law como meio de promoção ao acesso à justiça. Por fim, a apresentação de exemplos da utilização do Visual Law em peças, documentos e na comunicação por órgãos do sistema judiciário brasileiro. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims to present the concept of access to Justice in the view of different authors, as well as some aspects that make effective access to a fair legal order difficult. The theoretical research was used as a methodological strategy, being also complemented by the hypothetical-deductive analysis, through an exploratory and explanatory study. The procedures to be used will be content analysis, collection and documentary, doctrinal, legislative and comparative analysis. From this, approach the legal language and its peculiarities as a limiting barrier to access to the judiciary. Furthermore, it is intended to introduce Legal Design, yours subareas and modus operandi, in addition to presenting Visual Law as a means of achieving access to justice. Finally, the presentation of examples of the use of Visual Law in documents and in communication by members of the Brazilian judicial system. |
