Análise das variações do Ideb na rede estadual de ensino do Tocantins e seus indicadores de fluxo e proficiência entre 2007 e 2019

Abstract

This article analyzes the Ideb variations for the period from 2007 to 2019 in the Tocantins state school system and seeks to identify hypotheses, correlating the results with the existing literature and the educational policies adopted. The main data presented and discussed in this text are indicators produced by the National Basic Education Assessment System (Saeb), which has been an important instrument available to the Ministry of Education, the State and Municipal Education Departments throughout Brazil and, finally, of the whole society. Through them it is possible to know and analyze its main variables that impact the indicator. The applied methodology is the quantitative analysis of officers and its focus is on the subjective character of the analyzed object, since, the object of the study is not to express an opinion on the data, and or, to outline in a determinant way Ideb analyzes and their impacts on improvement education, but present a cross of data with potential public policies that has had a positive influence, with a view to making explicit the results obtained during the period. The trend pointed out by the Ideb indicator can be seen in graphs, statistical data, comparative tables, which depict the evolution of the index and performance indicators of students in the state education network of Tocantins. The results shown point to a trend of growth in the IDEB index for the state network, and in the early years of elementary school, it has exceeded the goal established by the National Education Plan - PNE and State Education Plan - PEE.
