| Resumo: | O presente trabalho suscita uma reflexão sobre a inclusão das pessoas com deficiência nas empresas, tomando como ponto de partida a aferição da realidade brasileira por meio de análise de dados divulgados por órgãos oficiais. Traçou-se um comparativo entre a realidade constatada e a normativa vigente, voltada à proteção e à promoção da autonomia das pessoas com deficiência, demonstrando-se que a almejada inclusão, nos termos da Convenção das Nações Unidas de 2007 e da Lei Brasileira de Inclusão de 2015, ainda não é efetiva, por força de entraves sociais que se busca demonstrar. A pesquisa documental realizada pautou-se em fontes bibliográficas, legislativas e estatísticas e conduziu à proposta de adoção de diversos instrumentos para a superação de barreiras que impedem ou dificultam a inserção das pessoas com deficiência nas organizações e no mercado de trabalho. |
| Abstract: | This paper raises a reflection on the inclusion of people with disabilities in companies, taking as a starting point the measurement of the Brazilian reality through the analysis of data released by official agencies. A comparison was drawn between the reality verified and the legislation, aimed at the protection and promotion of the autonomy of people with disabilities, showing that the desired inclusion, under the terms of the United Nations Convention of 2007 and the Brazilian Inclusion Law of 2015, is not yet effective, due to social barriers that we seek to demonstrate. The documentary research was based on bibliographic, legislative and statistical sources and led to the proposal for the adoption of several instruments to overcome the barriers that prevent or hinder the inclusion of people with disabilities in organizations and in the labor market. |
