| Resumo: | Este artigo tem como objetivo propor uma modificação na estrutura do estimador de regressão, considerando o estimador do coeficiente da reta de regressão linear, ou seja, denotado por assimetria beta hat e não sob normalidade. Assim, nomeamos este estimador proposto como um estimador para dados de assimetria. A partir dessa mudança, compararemos os estimadores sobre o viés e a variância do mesmo, a variância das estimativas de hat beta para cada estimador, assumindo uma distribuição normal assimétrica. Para ilustrar a metodologia proposta, consideramos um estudo de simulação e aplicação a dados reais. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims at proposing a modification in the structure of the regression estimator, considering the estimator of the coefficient of linear regression line, ie, denoted by hat beta skewness rather than under normality. Thus we named this proposed estimator as an estimator for skewness data. From this change we will compare the estimators on the bias and variance of the same, the variance of hat beta estimates for each estimator, assuming a normal distribution skewed. To illustrate the proposed methodology, we consider a simulation study and application to actual data. |
