Abstract

The management case around which this research was developed deals with the difficulties of school management in organizing the collective planning of teachers within the Pedagogical Work Schedule (HTP), in a SEDUC / CE State School of Professional Education in the municipality. from Ipueiras. The main motivation for conducting this study is linked to the fact that since 2015 the researcher has been acting as a Portuguese Language teacher at the school investigated and, since then, has been observing that school management faces difficulties in terms of organization of the collective planning of teachers within the HTP, especially in view of what the normative documents of this policy establish. Thus, the following question guided this study: How does the management of the Dario Catunda Fontenele State School of Vocational Education deal with the collective planning of teachers within the Pedagogical Working Hours and how could this become collective moments of professional interaction? The general objective of this research was to understand how the organization of collective planning of teachers within the HTP occurs in the school studied and to analyze how this could become collective moments of integration of the school team. The specific objectives were to analyze and understand the organization and functioning of teachers' collective planning within the Pedagogical Work Schedule in the school in question and to elaborate an action plan from the study of the weaknesses and potentialities presented by the current collective planning organization format. of teachers within the HTP at the school surveyed. From a qualitative approach, this case study was developed through a bibliographic survey of documents and legislation involving HTP in schools in Ceará and the analysis of files answered by teachers and meetings with teachers. Thus, the research revealed the need for improvements regarding the organization of teachers' collective planning within the HTP. Thus, an Educational Action Plan (PAE) was elaborated with some indications that may contribute to a restructuring in the current organization format of the collective planning of teachers during the HTP in the investigated school.
