| Resumo: | O presente trabalho se propõe a analisar o instituto jurídico das ações de classe especial, como disciplinadas no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Através de sucinta narrativa histórica, busca-se a investigação da utilização dessa modalidade de ação, seus limites e possibilidades. O tema ganha especial relevância por permear, a um só tempo, os Regimes Jurídicos de Direito Público e Privado. Busca-se, por fim, a definição de critérios autorizadores para a emissão das golden shares. |
| Abstract: | This paper is proposed to analyze the golden share as disciplined in Brazilian Law. After succinct historical narrative, the study seeks to investigate the use of this modality of share, its limits and possibilities. The discussion gains special relevance because it deals both Public and Private Law. Finally, the paper looks for criteria for the issue of golden shares. |
