Gestão da informação no setor de gestão de pessoas da Superintendência Regional de Ensino de São João Del-Rei: um desafio para a melhoria do atendimento ao público

Abstract

This dissertation is developed in the framework of the Professional Master in Management and Evaluation of Education (PPGP) of the Centre of Public Policies and Evaluation of Education of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (CAEd/UFJF). The management case to be studied will discuss the flow of information in the sector of personnel Management of the Regional Superintendence of Education of São João del Rei. The overall goal of this work is to analyze the main problems related to the flow of information in the Sector of personnel Management of the Regional Superintendence of Education. The overall goal of this work is to analyze the main problems related to the flow of information in the Sector of personnel Management of the Regional Superintendence of Education of São João del Rei in order to propose actions that would improve the service provided to the public that the search. We assume as a hypothesis that among the main factors that hinder the flow of information in the said sector are: lack of training and continuous training of its servers; the lack of accurate information about the services provided; and also the lack of transparency, and agility of these services. For both, the methodology adopted for this work was the case study, characterized by a field research exploratory, descriptive and qualitative. As instruments were used such as interviews, semi-structured and document analysis. From the studies conducted it has been proposed a Plan of Educational Action marked by the restructuring of the sector, by the remodeling of its customer service and developing a flow of information more dynamic and transparent.
