| Resumo: | O presente estudo tem por objetivo principal compreender os benefícios que a introdução de ferramentas de controle e análise estratégica poderá propiciar a um laboratório de prótese dentária, levando em consideração a natureza desses instrumentos e da organização em análise. Para atingir tal objetivo, este trabalho utilizou como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica e o método qualitativo para realizar as análises do objeto de estudo mediante as literaturas lidas, debater os fundamentos de alguns instrumentos de controle e análise estratégica potencialmente útil à organização. Além disso, visou-se compreender a estrutura e a rotina dos processos operacionais e a introdução de ferramentas de controle e de estratégia e quais os efeitos que, a partir destas, surgirão na empresa. Desta maneira, os resultados foram tratados de maneira qualitativa, método que deu corpo ao estudo e as considerações nele encontradas. Assim, tem- se que os resultados encontrados após as leituras teóricas e as análises realizadas, ratificam a implementação das ferramentas de controle e estratégia para o objeto deste estudo. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this study is to understand the benefits that the introduction of control and strategic analysis tools can provide to a dental laboratory, taking into account the nature of these instruments and the organization under analysis. To reach this objective, this work used as a methodology the bibliographic research and the qualitative method to carry out the analyzes of the object of study and to point out, through the literatures read, to discuss the fundamentals of some instruments of control and strategic analysis, potentially useful to the organization. In addition, it aimed to understand the structure and routine of operational processes and the introduction of control and strategy tools and what the effects that will emerge from the company. In this way, the results were treated qualitatively, a method that gave substance to the study and the considerations found in it. Thus, the results found after the theoretical readings and the analyzes carried out confirm the implementation of the control and strategy tools for the object of this study. |
