| Resumo: | O presente trabalho procura analisar a crise de segurança pública ocorrida em fevereiro de 2017 no estado do Espírito Santo (ES) utilizando a obra de Gustave Le Bon “Psicologia das Multidões” como base teórica principal. Para isso, buscamos avaliar desde os teóricos clássicos até as teorias mais contemporâneas sobre os estudos que envolvem o fenômeno das multidões, além de centrarmos uma avaliação mais criteriosa sob a obra de Le Bon, levantando os pontos que o tornam um estudioso referência no tema até aspectos polêmicos de teorias propostas pelo autor e que foram substituídas. |
| Abstract: | The present article seeks to analyze the public security crisis that occurred in February of 2017 in the state of Espírito Santo (ES) using the article of Gustave Le Bon "The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind" as the main theoretical basis. We try to evaluate from classical theorists to the most contemporary theories about the studies that involve the phenomenon of crowds, in addition to focusing a more careful evaluation under the studies of Le Bon, raising the points that make it a reference work in the theme until controversial aspects of theories proposed by the author that have been replaced. |
