Abstract

In a scenario of constant innovation and transition, intense competition, great use of technology and high level of customer demand, it is clear the increase in the importance of planning among the organizations. This work will delve into the study of an emerging company of training and development, which has adapted and implemented the Policy Deployment as a strategic management tool. The methodology evolution will be analyzed in this company, as well as the advantages of its use. Furthermore, the positive points and areas for improvement observed will be also evaluated.
