| Resumo: | Este artigo tem como objetivo fazer um apanhado sobre o sistema prisional brasileiro, as estratégias de manutenção da ordem, a quebra de direitos, suas caracterizações e os principais problemas enfrentados pelo sistema. Com base nesta apresentação faremos ponderações sobre os desafios enfrentados por seus operadores, e sobre a atuação do direito como ciência social aplicada, que em larga medida não equaciona os problemas que tangem as garantias dos presos e dos servidores inseridos no Sistema. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to make a look on The Brazilian Prison System, about their maintenance strategies of order, breaking of rights, their characterizations and the main problems faced by the System. Based on this presentation make some considerations about the challenges faced by the system operators and about the performance of Law as applied Social Science will be done, that in general does not equate the matters that affect the rights guarantees of prisoners and servers of the System. |
