| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar algumas mudanças implementadas pelo Novo Código de Processo Civil, trazendo à tona questionamentos que permeiam o universo do direito, respaldados na nova legislação, com o intuito de formar um pensamento crítico sobre a postura adotada pelos diversos atores do processo. Tem-se ainda o objetivo de conscientizar os integrantes do processo sobre suas responsabilidades dentro do processo, bem como analisar os poderes do julgador diante da nova sistemática processual implementada. Por fim, pretende-se que ocorra uma mudança em todos os integrantes do processo, para que se consiga chegar à verdade dos fatos, bem como garantir o direito àqueles que o têm. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to analyze some changes implemented by the New Code of Civil Procedure, bringing to the fore questions that permeates the universe of law, supported by new legislation, with the intention of forming a critical thinking about the stance adopted by the various actors in the process. The objective is also to make the members of the process aware of their responsibilities within the process, as well as to analyze the powers of the judge in face of the new procedural system implemented. Finally, it is intended that a change take place in all the members of the process, so that it can arrive at the truth of the facts, as well as guarantee the right to those who have it. |
