| Resumo: | A presente monografia se trata de uma análise de dados cujo objetivo é demonstrar a seletividade da justiça criminal, que se mostra como uma justiça racista e classista. Por meio dos demonstrativos é feita uma relação entre o encarceramento em massa de mulheres e a relação deste fenômeno com o tráfico de drogas, através de uma análise crítica, baseada no Garantismo Penal, a fim de se concluir que a exclusão social e o encarceramento destas pessoas jamais trarão reflexos positivos para sociedade, eis que, mesmo com os crescentes índices de encarceramento no Brasil entre os anos de 1990 e 2016 não existe nenhum demonstrativo de que a violência tenha sofrido redução. |
| Abstract: | The present monography deals with a data analysis whose objective is to demonstrate the selectivity of criminal justice, which shows itself as a racist and classist justice. Through the statements a relationship is made between the mass incarceration of women and the relation of this phenomenon to the drug trafficking, through a critical analysis, based on the “Criminal Garantism”, in order to conclude that the social exclusion and the imprisonment of these people will never bring positive effects to society, so even with the increasing rates of incarceration in Brazil between 1990 and 2016, there is no evidence that violence has been reduced. |
