| Resumo: | O presente estudo pretende analisar os conceitos kantianos de Estado, Direito, moralidade, entre outros, e relação desses conceitos com a constituição do Estado de Direito moderno. A pesquisa concentra-se em quais foram as influencias kantianas na fundação do Estado de Direito moderno e apontando as influências ainda presentes na atualidade. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória cuja coleta de dados foi realizada através de pesquisa bibliográfica. |
| Abstract: | The present study intends to analyze the Kantian concepts of State, Law, morality, among others, and relation of these concepts with the constitution of the modern State of Law. The research focuses on what were the Kantian influences in the foundation of the modern State of Law and pointing to the influences still present in the present time. It is an exploratory research whose data collection was carried out through bibliographic research. |
