Estudo da efetiva participação do colegiado escolar em uma escola estadual de Três Pontas/MG

Abstract

This thesis has the goal of analyse the “Colegiado Escolar” membership participation and the following results of this cooperation at the “Escola Estadual Padre Victor”, located on the south of Minas Gerais. The research wants to check how is the behavior of the members during the meetings and find out the reason of the poor participation of all them on the themes discussed, trying to figure out a possible solution for the schools to solve this problem, helping the management crew to coordinate the actions at the school here studied. This research was done because this model was not found at the “Escola Estadual Padre Victor”, studied by now. To make the comprehension easier, it takes the explanation of the goals of the research: describe the participation of the “colegiado” of the school, analyze the participations of its members helping on the decision taking and, then, propose a better solution in way to help the actuation of the schoolar atuation. At the first chapter is developed a relationship between those councils and the public schools, focusing on the school here discussed. Then, at the second chapter, is discussed the methodological way used and the choice of the qualitative research like a study of the shown problem. In order to know the opinions of the members of the “colegiado” of the mentioned school, a quiz was developed and an interview was made with the “colegiado” coordinator, of the “Superintendência Regional de Ensino”. The methods of research used was a bibliographic survey and a daily note. At the closuring, is proposed an intervention, in order to help to solve the studied problem.
