Análise dos cursos de capacitação para divulgação e apropriação de resultados do SIMAVE/PROALFA e PROEB da Superintêndencia Regional de Teófilo Otoni / Minas Gerais

Abstract

The present dissertation analyses, among the actions taken by the managing team of the Regional Superintendence of Education of Teófilo Otoni, in Minas Gerais, the capacitation courses for teachers from 3rd and 5th grades of Elementary School, focusing on the divulging and appropriation processes of the results of the Public School Assessment System of Minas Gerais – SIMAVE. Implemented in the state on the year 2000, SIMAVE has as one of its goals the pedagogical use of the results obtained in redirecting teaching practices. In this process, the Superintendence has its role articulating the State Education Secretariat and the schools under its responsibility, promoting actions which improve the comprehension levels of school teams regarding the results in external assessment tests as well as their applicability in the pedagogical sphere. The research techniques utilized were: interviews with semi structured scripts with the management of the State Secretariat, with the Director of Educational Management and with the management of the educational analysts, as well as a survey with the analysts. We aimed to analyze the material in order to identify the limits and possibilities of these capacitations in promoting the comprehension of the results found in the systemic evaluations by the educators and their implications to the learning and teaching process. Finally, we propose a PAE (Educational Action Plan) with alternatives to improve the capacitation courses, as well as the dissemination of the work so that both on this case and other levels of management assertive practices may function as reference.
