| Resumo: | As habitações populares no Brasil, em geral, são caracterizadas pelo processo de autoconstrução, unidades de baixo custo construídas por seus próprios usuários frequentemente em regiões periféricas. Este trabalho tem como propósito analisar os processos históricos que influenciaram da difusão deste modelo, assim como os aparatos legais que podem auxiliar na minimização dos danos gerados por ele, levando em consideração, também, a transposição de barreiras econômicas diminuindo o distanciamento entre a figura do arquiteto e o cliente final. O texto se inicia pelo estudo histórico acerca da habitação no Brasil, com enfoque no modelo de autoconstrução; posteriormente apresenta como este modelo se insere na região a ser estudada; prossegue apresentando exemplos de aplicações de leis e estudos de casos; e, finalmente, há o lançamento das diretrizes do projeto que será desenvolvido futuramente. |
| Abstract: | Popular housing in Brazil, in general, is characterized by the process of selfconstruction: low-cost units built by its own users, often in peripheral regions. The purpose of this work is to analyze the historical processes that have influenced the diffusion of this model, as well as the legal devices that can help in the minimization of the damages generated by it, taking also into account the transposition of economic barriers reducing the distance between the figure of the Architect and the end customer. The text begins with the historical study of housing in Brazil, focusing on the model of self-construction; After that, it shows how this model is inserted in the region to be studied; then it presents examples of law enforcement and case studies; And finally, there is the launch of the project guidelines that will be developed in the future. |
