| Resumo: | O presente trabalho se debruça sobre o Judiciário com vistas a analisá-lo enquanto instituição autônoma e independente, buscando traçar através de análises bibliográficas os motivos que levaram a necessidade de controle, como as ocasionadas pela Reforma do Judiciário com a Emenda Constitucional n. 45 de 2004, a qual criou o Conselho Nacional de Justiça e Corregedorias de Justiça em âmbito regional. Buscando-se entender o contexto em que o Poder Judiciário desponta no Brasil com maiores prerrogativas e proteção e sua eventual crise, o que faz nascer a premente necessidade de sua democratização. |
| Abstract: | The present work focuses on the Judiciary with a view to analyzing it as an autonomous and independent institution, seeking to trace through bibliographic analyzes the reasons that led to the need for control, such as those occasioned by the Judiciary Reform with Constitutional Amendment n. 45 of 2004, which created the National Council of Justice and justice comptroller’s offices in the regional scope. The aim is to understand the context in which the Judiciary Powers appears in Brazil with greater prerogatives and protection and its eventual crisis, which gives rise to the urgent need for its democratization. |
