| Resumo: | Esta é a era do empreendedorismo, sendo as Micro e Pequenas Empresas os motores responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento da economia do país. No que tange a esses empreendimentos, objetiva-se demonstrar o quanto o conhecimento acerca do contexto jurídico brasileiro e as implicações dos instrumentos jurídicos existentes podem ser úteis na construção, consolidação e expansão de um negócio. Nesse sentido, é apresentado o conceito de Governança Jurídica, refletindo sobre o valor do Direito Preventivo, valor esse destacado no aumento do índice de sobrevivência das Micro e Pequenas Empresas. Para isso, destacam-se dentro do campo da Governança Jurídica dois instrumentos: o Planejamento Societário e a Consultoria Trabalhista. |
| Abstract: | This is the era of entrepreneurship, with Micro and Small Companies being the driving force behind the development of the country's economy. With regard to these enterprises, it aims to demonstrate how much knowledge about the Brazilian legal context and the implications of existing legal instruments can be useful in building, consolidating and expanding a business. ln this sense, the concept of legal governance is presented, reflecting on the value of the Preventive Law, a value that stands out in the increase of the survival rate of Micro and Small Companies. For this, two instruments stand out within the field of legal governance: Corporate Planning and Labor Consulting. |
